Log Data
In case you are facing an issue using our products, we might ask you to share the video or photo/image which you are using inside the application and facing the issue with, a screenshot of the error, and a screen recording of your computer or phone. This is needed so that we can reproduce the issue you are facing and fix it.
After the issue is reproduced, all such photo, video, screenshot and screen-recording data is completely removed from our test computers.
